A Project Built on Trust and Precision

Word of mouth from a trusted professional is how this project began. A well-known superintendent referred us to one of his long-time clients. An introduction like that sets a high bar for quality and service from day one. The homeowner sought a new outdoor space that reflected that level of professional trust.

We designed a robust structure built for longevity. The foundation is the Trex Enhance Saddle decking, selected for its rich color and durability. For the perimeter, we installed a VR White Linc railing system. The crisp white vinyl creates a striking contrast against the decking and the black aluminum round balusters, adding a modern, open feel.

Special attention was given to the finishing touches. The stairways feature solid, square-edge Trex Enhance boards for treads, providing a secure and consistent look. We carried that same board up to the railing system to create a wide, functional “drink top rail,” perfect for resting a cup of coffee. The structure is supported by 6×6 posts wrapped in matching White PVC sleeves, and all edges are finished with Sealed Edges PVC TRIM for a clean, polished appearance.

The completed deck is a testament to what a strong referral and clear communication can produce. It’s a solid, stylish, and low-maintenance area that honors the confidence placed in us by the superintendent and the homeowner.
