Promotional Period: November 1, 2026, through November 30, 2026. Project Eligibility: Offer valid on qualifying deck projects measuring 240 square feet or larger, with a minimum contract value of $15,000. Previously issued proposals that have not yet been signed may qualify, provided all promotional requirements are met.
How to Qualify: To secure the promotion, the homeowner must sign a project contract and submit the required first deposit during the promotional period. The project does not need to be completed during November. Construction will be scheduled according to Pilgrim Deck & Fence’s standard process and availability.
Promotional Offer: Qualifying homeowners may select one (1) eligible deck upgrade and receive a promotional credit of up to $800 toward its cost. Eligible upgrades include:
Promotional Value & Limitations: The maximum promotional credit is $800 per qualifying project. If the selected upgrade costs more than $800, the homeowner is responsible for the remaining balance. The promotional credit cannot be applied toward the base project contract price, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts.
Upgrade Availability: All upgrade options are subject to project design, specifications, compatibility, and approval by Pilgrim Deck & Fence.
