Pilgrim Deck & Fence was asked to rebuild an outdated deck in Frederick, MD. The existing structure was worn and failed to serve the homeowner’s desire for a durable, low-maintenance outdoor space. The goal was straightforward: to create a deck that would last, require minimal upkeep, and provide an updated, functional outdoor space.
TimberTech Dark Roast was selected for the decking due to its ability to resist wear and maintain a rich, natural appearance. To complement the decking, black Ultralox Alta Style railings were added, offering a modern, sleek contrast. The structure was wrapped in TimberTech Reserve Dark Roast, providing an extra layer of protection against the elements and giving the deck a polished finish.
