Pilgrim Deck & Fence approached this $85,000 project with precision, first laying a structural foundation designed for decades of stability. We then introduced the primary surfacing: TimberTech Antique Leather decking.

This selection immediately established a luxurious outdoor floor—a rich, deep-toned surface guaranteed to resist fading and moisture, eliminating the need for constant maintenance.

Phase 2: Defining the Aesthetic

We moved swiftly to detail the structure’s appearance. We fixed Royal White PVC Trim to frame the entire deck, creating clean, striking lines against the dark decking. The Carolina Style Lattice skirting added classic charm at ground level, neatly concealing the under-deck area.

For the perimeter, we mounted the substantial White Vinyl Washington Rail system, completing the installation with slender Black Round Aluminum Balusters, which provided safety without obstructing the view.

Phase 3: Installing the Multi-Season Comfort

The ultimate goal was to create a functional, protected room. We focused our efforts on fitting the advanced EZebreeze window system into the integrated sunroom. Our crew installed the custom vinyl panels, guaranteeing flawless operation.
